Send guide

Sending, commitment, proof and deletion. In the app, Send is called Sends.

Compose a send

Files, recipients, retention period, usage rules. Each file gets a SHA-256 fingerprint when sent.

Rules and commitment

Available rules: do not disclose, do not modify, do not copy, use limited to a stated purpose, deletion on expiry. The commitment is generated from the checked rules; add your own clauses in the commitment library.

Variables

Commitments and messages accept variables resolved at sending time: {send.reference}, {send.name}, {send.expiry_date}, {sender.name}, {send.files}…

Signature

Simple (email and timestamp) by default; advanced (verified identity) as an option.

Delivery certificate

A PDF with the send ID, sender, recipient, fingerprints, timestamps, the signed commitment and a verification QR code.

Verify a fingerprint

Drop a file or paste a fingerprint: Hubflow confirms whether it matches a send. The fingerprint is computed in your browser; the file is not uploaded.

Deletion reminders

By email (and SMS as an option) the day before the deadline, then on the deadline. The recipient’s confirmation, or lack of it, is recorded in the evidence vault.
