Collect Complete files. No chasing.
One link per client, the list of documents you need. Hubflow rejects unreadable files, sends reminders for you and lets you know when everything is in.
Three steps. That’s it.
1Structure the request
The documents you need, the rules for each.
2Invite participants
One link each, no account to create.
3Hubflow checks and follows up
You only step in to approve.
No more documents scattered across your inbox.
Less back-and-forth.
Stop chasing documents
Reminders go out on your schedule (day 3, day 7, day 14) and stop on their own as soon as the document arrives.
Get files you can actually use
Format, size, number of files and content are checked on upload, not three weeks later.

Your questions about Collect.
How is this different from an upload form on my website?
A form receives files. Collect manages a whole file: multiple participants, criteria per document, rejections with reasons, reminders that stop on their own and progress visible on both sides.
Does the contributor need to create an account?
No. They get a personal link, upload their documents and see what’s missing. No password to remember.
What if a valid file is rejected automatically?
The contributor can flag it in one click: the document moves to manual review on your side. Automatic checks assist; they never decide alone.
Can I mix automatic and manual reminders?
Yes. The schedule runs in the background; you can follow up with one person or every late contributor at any time, with your own message.
Can I create my own templates?
Yes, and share them with your whole team. The industry template library is a starting point.
