Send Send your sensitive documents. Keep the proof.
Your recipient accepts your rules before opening the file. Every step is timestamped, then sealed in your vault.
Three steps. That’s it.
1Upload and set the rules
The files, the recipient, your rules.
2The recipient commits
They sign the commitment, then download.
3You keep the proof
Certificate, fingerprint and signed commitment.
No more untraceable attachments.
Less back-and-forth.
Proof, not a hunch
Timestamp, SHA-256 fingerprint of the content, signed commitment: every delivery leaves a trail.
Your terms, even after sending
The recipient accepts explicit rules before accessing the files.
Verifiable deletion
End date, reminders, logged confirmation: your retention period becomes demonstrable.
No legal text to draft
The commitment is generated from the rules you check. Add your own clauses if needed.

Your questions about Send.
Does the proof of delivery have legal value?
It brings together timestamped evidence: content fingerprint, recipient identification, signed commitment, access log. Its evidentiary weight depends on the signature level and the context. Hubflow is not a qualified electronic registered delivery service.
How is this different from electronic registered mail?
Electronic registered mail proves sending and receipt. Send adds accepted usage rules, the retention period and tracked deletion.
Can the recipient still copy the document?
Technically yes, like any file they receive. Send doesn’t block copying: it creates the signed commitment and the proof, which is what counts in case of a breach.
Does the recipient need an account?
No. They verify their email, read and sign the commitment, then download.
