Yes, documents can be grouped into sections you name freely (for example 7.5 Documented information).
Do my clients need to create an account?
No. Each client receives a personal link and uploads their files from their browser, with no account or password.
Why a demo rather than a sign-up?
Every workspace is opened by our team: we set it up with your templates, contacts and reminder rules, so you’re up and running from the very first file.
Where are documents stored?
Files are encrypted and hosted in France. Every send can be proven with a SHA-256 fingerprint and a sealed log.
Does Hubflow connect to my tools?
Yes. Signed webhooks notify you of every event (request created, file received, send signed…) and API keys let you connect your CRM, your document management system or your automations.
Can I use my own document lists?
Yes. Create your templates and document types with their rules, or start from the 16 industry templates provided and adapt them.
